Sodium alkali desulfurization technology


Technology introduction

The sulfide in industrial exhaust gas usually is sulfur dioxide or hydrogen sulfide. We use sodium carbonate or caustic soda as the desulfurization agent to react with sulfur dioxide or hydrogen sulfide in exhaust gas, to removal the sulfide in the exhaust gas (After desulfurization, the exhaust gas SO2<100mg/Nm3), and get by-product sodium sulfite or sodium sulfide, which is drying and packing for sale. Our solutions not only save waste gas treatment cost, but also achieve turning waste into treasure, and get profit.

Circulating absorption method for extracting sulfur dioxide from flue gas


Technology introduction

Lead the industrial gas into absorption tower, use organic sulfur removal agent to selective absorption of sulfur dioxide from the tail gas, the sulfur dioxide is removal from the tail gas. After absorbed sulfur dioxide, the organic sulfur removal agent is lead into desorption tower and is indirect heating by steam, the sulfur dioxide is desorbed from the organic sulfur removal agent. After desorption, the organic sulfur removal agent is lead into absorption tower for circulating use and realize circulating absorption. The desorbed sulfur dioxide gas through drying, compression and liquefaction, became liquid sulfur dioxide product for sale.

Technology advantage

* The technology is suitable for high concentration SO2 flue gas desulfurization, the suitable flue gas SO2 concentration range: 0.01% ~ 8%. The higher SO2 concentration, the more obvious economic benefits.

* The 99.9% (dry base) liquid sulfur dioxide by-product can be obtained during SO2 removing.

* The desulfurization efficiency can be adjusted flexibly in the range of 95~99.5%.

* Low running cost, the main energy consumption is lower pressure steam (0.3 ~ 0.5MPa).

* No secondary pollution.

* The organic sulfur removal agent adopts the macromolecular solution which molecular weight is about 10 thousand. it has advantages of low volatilization, stable chemical structure, no toxicity, and low loss. The annual supplement is less than 10%.
