Technology introduction:
Use sulfur as raw material, burning with air in the sulfur incinerator, and get sulfur dioxide (SO2) containing of flue gas, through chemical process to purification and get pure SO2 gas. The pure sulfur dioxide gas is dividing into two fluids, one SO2 fluid is absorbed by cold methanol to get SO2-CH3OH solution, another SO2 fluid is feeds into sodium carbonate solution to get sodium metabisulfite solution. Batching sodium formate solution, and then put sodium metabisulfite solution and sodium formate solution into synthesis reactor as a certain ratio, and add ethylene oxide at the same time, and then continue adding SO2-CH3OH solution until the reaction end point, get sodium hydrosulfite solution. Through centrifugal separation and drying, get sodium sulfite product.
