Technology introduction
Use sulfur as raw material, and feeding oxygen to burning with sulfur in the sulfur incinerator, and get sulfur dioxide (SO2) and sulfur (S) containing flue gas, through chemical process to removal of sublimed sulfur, and through condensate to get pure liquid sulfur dioxide (LSO2) product.

Technological process
Core technology advantages
- Using the world's advanced sulfur incineration process, the sulfur incinerator running temperatures is low (500-600 ℃), has good stability and high safety.
- Using chemical process removal of sublimed sulfur, the sublimed sulfur is removal thoroughly, so the sulfur dioxide gas purity is high, the final product has good quality; the color is clear and transparent.
- Recovery of the waste heat of sulfur incineration, used for sulfur melting, thermal insulation, but also output steam.
- The plant has no waste water, solid waste discharge. The exhaust emission is small, the SO2 concentration in exhaust gas is less than 50mg/m3.
- Improved the oxygen feeding mode, and put an end to the phenomenon of oxygen inlet pipe burn down caused by oxygen tempering. Improved security.
- Using DCS control system, the plant has high automation, and the control is accurate and stability.
- Designed a perfect exhaust gas treatment system to ensure that the exhaust emissions in any case are reach the emissions standards. (SO2≤50mg/Nm3)
