Core technology advantages

   We pioneered the cryogenic rectification washing technology, which may high efficiency removal the high boiling point substances of alcohols, heavy hydrocarbons, sulfide and water etc. Avoid of potassium-wash, activated carbon adsorption, and molecular sieve drying etc. devices. This is one of the highlights of this technology.

   We have unique heat energy and cooling energy utilization measures, we use plate fin infiltration technology in main heat exchange equipment, which precision control the temperature difference between cold fluid and hot fluid within 1℃. Effectively reduce the production consumption.

   We are only one in China use cold-box type carbon dioxide liquefaction & rectification equipment, adopts heat pump rectification technology and classification refrigeration technology.

   We are only one in China use micro-oil screw compressor technology, which greatly extend the equipment running period and reduce the manual maintenance.
