Technology introduction:
Use sulfur as raw material, burning with air in the sulfur incinerator, and get sulfur dioxide (SO2) containing of flue gas, through chemical process to purification and get pure SO2 gas. Feed the pure SO2 gas into synthesis reactor, reaction with sodium carbonate solution and get sodium metabisulfite solution. Use sodium metabisulfite solution and liquid caustic soda take place of neutralization reaction, get sodium sulfite solution. And then through concentrate, centrifugal separation and drying, get sodium sulfite product.

Technological process

- Using chemical process removal of sublimed sulfur, the sublimed sulfur is removal thoroughly, so the sulfur dioxide gas purity is high, the final product has good quality; the color is clear and transparent.
- Perfect heat recycles design. Recovery of the waste heat of sulfur incineration to get steam, the steam is used in the production. The design great reduced the cost of steam supply.
- The plant has no waste water, solid waste discharge.
